Kyakan Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 I'd say this is pretty balanced, although the fact that the pic looks like Ilidan Stormrage makes me wonder if this should be in the Pop Culture Cards section <.< OCG fix: When this card battles a LIGHT monster, decrease the ATK of this card by 400 until the End Phase.
