This card can only be Special Summoned by paying 500 Life Points while you control a face-up "Toon World". This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. This card cannot declare an attack unless you pay 500 Life Points. When "Toon World" you control is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If your opponent controls a face-up Toon Monster, this card has to select the Toon Monster as an attack target. When this card is Special Summoned, you can increase this card's Level by 1 for each Toon Monster you control.
