Yeah, after seeing all those terrible cards Konami gives us, I decided to handle the things by myself and make all terrible cards good, as well as broken ones to be less broken. I'm starting with first set ever, Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon. I'm not remaking Vanillas, but I will Vanilla Fusions or Synchros. If you think that a card is still unplayable/broken, let me know.

Well, it's actually a good idea... I like it Your remakes are awesome

Maybe, to make it more simple for others, you can set links to Wikia or set the original lores under the remakes?

+rep for you.

Personally, I think Fusion Materials should be rather generic and Future Fusion ruled to only work for those with all named Fusion Material (like Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Cyber End Dragon, Cyber Twin Dragon, or similar monsters).

Here's what I would do for the Fusion Material:

Flame Swordsman
1 Warrior-type monster + 1 FIRE monster

Charubin the Fire Knight
1 Warrior-type monster + 1 Pyro-type monster

Darkfire Dragon
1 Dragon-type monster + 1 DARK monster
(to be completely honest, I'm not exactly sure what I'd do for Darkfire Dragon, so I'm using your DARK support idea)

Fusionist
1 Fairy-type monster + 1 Beast-type monster

Flame Ghost
"Skull Servant" + 1 Rock-type monster
(or 1 EARTH monster, whichever you like better. Personally, I never understood this Fusion anyway. I kept the Skull Servant part because you made it Skull Servant support)

Karbonala Warrior
1 Warrior-type monster + 1 Warrior-type monster

Dragoness the Wicked Knight
1 Warrior-type monster + 1 Dragon-type monster

Metal Dragon
1 Machine-type monster + 1 Dragon-type monster

Flower Wolf
1 Plant-type monster + 1 Beast-type monster
(or "Silver Fang", if you really want Silver Fang to be that important)

Gaia the Dragon Champion
1 "Gaia Knight" or "Gaia the Fierce Knight" monster + 1 Dragon-type monster

I'm not quite sure what I'd do about Fusion Substitutes. I think I would probably make it so that you can use them to replace an entire term but you can only use at most 1 Fusion-Substitute monster, or something similar.

Also, Two-Pronged Attack is still a -1 (your three cards for your opponent's two). I suppose it has use as chainability, but I was thinking something a bit more to its original purpose.

Two-Pronged Attack
Normal Trap
Activate only while you control two or more Attack Position monsters. Destroy one monster your opponent controls.

Hmmm... yeah, that would make them less abusive. *changing*

What about new Poly?
Personally, I thought Future Fusion was banworthy anyway as it was unless it became ruled differently. These changes would confirm that 100% true and make Future Fusion rather subpar at best.
I personally think generic Fusion materials would make the game more fun and make more snese, which is why I'd do generic Fusion Materials.

It's a -1. It could probably do without its other restrictions. If you're not convinced, make it so the Fusion Monster can't attack during the turn it's summoned and it should be fine.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and make it say "Fusion Summon" rather than "Special Summon" or "(This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)" I'm sick of Polymerization not saying it while almost every other Fusion card has to.
