FLIP: Destroy 1 lvl 4 or lower monster on your opponent's side of the field, increase this monster's ATK by half the ATK of the destroyed monster. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead.

I guess it can be a beater, and it can avoid bottomless if it's attacked. But 2 Tributes for a set. Not often do you say "I Tribute Set this."

8.5/10 for creativity. (It's level, not lvl.)

lvl=Level

Being a Flip effect makes it lulzy to use in combinations of surprise Book of Moon or Eclipse outta nowhere then flipping it next turn, after using Mischief of the Yokai. And being a Light Machine-Type makes it very fun to use in combination of Limiter Removal and Honest. So this card does has its uses. And it being removed from play instead of hitting the Graveyard when it's destroyed seems fair, as with its destruction effect and generally good ATK and DEF. The Art looks interesting. And the OCG is almost perfect, with the only error is what I said.
So I give you a 9/10

An OCG Fix:

FLIP: Destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls. This card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead.

The effect is rather...bland? I mean its a 2-Tribute monster, it could have been more than just an ATK boost.

7/10
