Mlaxeson
I love spellcasters, and I think this card is amazing! I'd definently have it in my deck. 9/
Dragon_Creater
This is a great card and it is very balanced the effect is good the only thing that would make it better would be the numbers into bullets like the little black dots if you can do that it will be better then it is 9.5/
Tourmaline
Overpowered. Put this in Citadel.dek. Activate three spells while this is on the field, and it's a complete field wipe. Use a single spell and this card destroys any single card on the opponent's field. I know it's a bad card, but Mist Body this in face-up defense position and you can instantly destroy either two spells or traps the opponent controls OR a monster. This card has no drawback, is searchable by Sangan and that Shining Angel card, or whatever it's called. This card dodges Bottomless. Special Summon this in face-up defense position and stall your opponent for a turn or two. Procede to wipe most of the opponent's field. Now, imagine having two on your field just for having two or more Spellcasters. Geez, this thing is easier to summon than DAD and can destroy a field aaaaalmost as quickly. It's ok, though. I can tell you put some effort to balance it by weakening it's stats, but really. So, uhh... DAD for Spellcasters. This thing would make Citadel.dek Tier 2, probably. Oh! At least this can't beat Stardust Dragon, so it isn't...unstoppable. 7/10. Balance it a bit more. I'm saying good job, but it's mostly to motivate you. Good job. If you were to use these effects, it makes the card broken. The summoning effects are to light for this to be summoned. Bump it up a bit. It makes the card less broken and more usable. 6/
