You can decrease this card ATK by 200 Points to put 1 "Poison Counter" on opponent's monster. Once per turn, pay 700 Life Points to remove from play a monster with a "Poison Counter" on it. During the turn that you activate this effect this card cannot attack. [/font][/i][/size]
