Not locked. It should have been instantly deleted, not locked, and even less pinned and even less pinned without locking.

Normally I do delete such threads; but thats just me being lazy from warning so it's a fault on my part (I should lock them and warn swiftly). As I hinted in my little comic that I made. But this one, the comments went far beyond typical spamming. Frankly, I do not care about the TC as he was clearly a fool and swiftly dealt with (not a troll). But how people spammed is NOT acceptable under any circumstances. So I made each punishment public (first time I've done this mind you) and their replies still the same as an example and to insult them.

I kept it open so people may reply as to what they think of such posts. And to assure people understand to NEVER do it again. Even when I happen to be on hiatus.

And what exactly where you hoping to reach by making all punishments public? That it doesn't happen again? It will. What's the point in embrassing everyone who got punished openly? They don't deserve that, as they already received their proper punishment.
