[center]Return your removed from play monsters that are listed as Fusion Material Monsters of an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster to the Deck and Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Fusion Summon). You cannot Special Summon other monsters this turn.

I think it was the "you cannot Special Summon other monsters this turn" that killed it. My Omni-Hero deck was able to Special Summon almost every turn, and this actually hindered it more than helped. I'd usually have it and a Miracle Fusion in my hand, or it'd be dead because I hadn't used Miracle Fusion, or I had the Shining out and preferred to have my Eheroes and Material in the RFG Zone so I could add them to my hand if Shining died.

In order to make this card effective you'd have to do a mass amount of rfp with fusion - 3 miracle fusion won't cut it - In a deck with 6 rfp fusion spells (3 dark calling - 3 Miracle Fusion) you could run 1.

If you run a Shining Fusion deck with Flash and Fusion Gate then you could get away with 2. Anyone who would ever run this at more than 2 is insane. Very situational and very nerfed.
