Breeding's the only way to get a Jolteon with Curse, so I should breed. Torkoal + Female Eeveelution. Simple. I wonder if we could get a Ghost-Type Curser through this. Through frenzy cross-breeding. Smeargle -> Grass Whistle -> Belly Drum -> Agility -> Baton Pass -> Magikarp -> Flail Magikarp sweep. Starly -> Focus Sash -> Endaveour -> Quick Attack Focus Sash tactic.
