Here's my attempt at Exceed that I posted a while ago. However, I have updated its OCG to match the current Exceed rules.
Please comment and enjoy! :)

Lore:
2 Level 5 DARK monsters
When this card is Exceed Summoned, you can remove from play up to 2 cards in your Graveyard and destroy Set Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls up to the number of cards removed from play by this effect. Once per turn, when you draw a DARK monster, you can send it to the Graveyard and remove an Exceed Material Monster from this card to draw 2 cards. Once per turn, when this card would be destroyed by a card effect while you control no Exceed Material Monsters, it is not, and it gains one additional attack during your next Battle Phase.

Why do everyone use numbers in names of Exceeds?
Because all of the known Exceeds have numbers in them.

Cool card, I guess. Really can't say much since Exceeds aren't released yet. However, I thought Exceed Matriel Monsters was called Overlay Units?

Great image and great template. 9/10

Not all Exeeds have a number in their names.

Interesting monster. Seems somewhat broken but that may just be me. I will have to get this template eventually for my own Exeeds (as well as learn HOW to use said template)

8/10.

No. 17 Revise Dragon and No. 39 Aspiring Emperor Hope. As far as I know, that's the only confirmed Exceeds.

I can't really review the OCG or effect, as I know absolutely NOTHING about Exceed monsters. All i can rate is the picture etc...Anyhow, let's get to it.

The picture is awesome if you ask me, It looks like a Hydra. :D So, VERY good picture.

Can't rate OCG, but to me, it looks fine.

Name is interesting and original to me, So that's cool. :D

The template is phe·nom·e·nal. If you'd be so kind, Where'd you get it? :o

So overall I gotta give you a solid 10/10. Congrats! :3
Keep it up!

The template (for GIMP) can be found on my status bar :)
Also, they were called Overlay Units, but according to the wikia OCG, they became known as "Exceed Material Monsters". Anyways, thanks for the comments! :)

"When this card is successfully Exceed Summoned, you can remove from play a number of cards in your Graveyard equal to the number of Exceed Material Monters used for the Exceed Summon of this card to destroy a number of Set Spell or Trap cards your opponent controls equal to or less than the number of cards removed by this effect."

to

"When this card is Exceed Summoned, you can remove from play up to 2 cards in your Graveyard and destroy Set Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls up to the number of cards removed from play by this effect."

The OCG might be the slightest bit less clear, but it's gallons less superfluous wording, which is important in OCG.

The underlined 'and' must be there though, because otherwise the removal is a cost so 0 monsters were always removed by the effect, resulting in nothing happening.

The italic 'cards' should probably be replaced with 'monsters' because removing Spell/Trap cards is so not a notable cost that you might as well just cut the whole removing thing if they're allowed as targets.

Also, wat@
"Once per turn, when this card would be destroyed by a card effect while you control no Exceed Material Monsters, it is not, and it gains one additional attack during your next Battle Phase."

That will only activate if some other card clears its overlays. Seems like a really inconsistent effect considering only 1 card has been confirmed that can remove monsters from Exceeds like that.

I know it seems that way on first glance, but:
• The first effect is luck based, and it only works as an Allure of Darkness kind of thing.
• The second effect seems nasty, but when you think about it, it relies on your opponent. If your opponent knows the effect of this card, why would they try to destroy it with card effects in the first place?

Considering how painfully easy this is to Summon (Summoner Monk --> Any level 4 DARK, Gravekeeper's Spy --> Spy, probably other things I forgot), getting +1s from the draw like that after already getting a +2 from the Summon really does feel like this gives you too much advantage for only an investment of 1/2 cards.

My fixes in my first post relating to superfluous wording and removing s/ts not being a serious cost still apply.
