2 Level 3 monsters
When this card is Exceed Summoned, you can send 1 Plant-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveayard. You can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to shuffle 3 Monster Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck and draw 2 cards. If this card has no Exceed Material Monsters on it, this card is destroyed.

You can easily summon this in Debris, as you have Dandylion, Lonefire, Reaper and Trooper as Level 3s. Easily dumps Bulb or Spore. Mini-Avarice built in.

Is it really so hard to comment on good and playable card? <_<
Yes, because I have no idea how to shuffle cards into my hand... that makes me unable to comment *brain lock*

Soo... it does Foolish for Plants, and an inherited, better and (most likely) reusable Pot of Avarice. I don't really like it (which doesn't mean it's bad). It's just so made to be awesome that it's not even funny. 2 Level 3s could mean Dandy, but since Dandy will be limited, the more practical way in Plants would probably be the Inmatos (which I'd like to see being played a little more, they're awesome). With Card Trooper at 2, he could also be an option, Limit Reverse will probably still be very prominent in Plants.

ATK is high enough to not be run over by any random TKRO or Alius, and with it's second effect it's a good option for any deck that now runs Pot of Avarice, thus maybe getting a little more space in the Main Deck and making it more splashable.

Overall, it's good, but unimaginative <_<

What was that emote for? And it's supposed to be effective, not imaginative

That emote symbolizes:
"I know you don't care for something like that, but I still want to express it, even though I know it."
For you, this just means:
"Ignore this last sentence"
