the real ocg would be:

oh sorry, i forgot about that
i don't exactly have the rulebook memorized (like i'd need to!)
i like the picture of the card, its effect is... idk how op'ed or up'ed it is because idk what the other monster is or how strong that is.
after ocg cleanup, i'd say a 6.5/10
