Sounds awkward when you think about it, try: This card can only be Special Summoned during your opponent's End Phase by Tributing a Machine-Type monster you control if a monster you control was destroyed by battle during your opponent's Battle Phase. Or go with: This card can only be Special Summoned when a monster you control was destroyed by battle during your Battle Phase.
