Sephiroth_The_Legend
masked beast is probably better. searchable level 8 that can be dumped with trade in.. raviel is 10 i believe.. have you tested the Deck?
burnpsy
-3 Masked Beast +3 Raviel ...unless you plan on Summoning it
The reason why I chose it was because it's a searchable LV8 that I can reasonably summon. It also happens to be the 2nd-strongest LV8 Fiend that goes in the Main Deck, behind by a mere 100 ATK. Seeing as Dark Gaia falls short of 8000 anyways, there's no point in giving those things up over 800 ATK. Also, I can summon it in an emergency. I noticed that End of the World needs exactly LV8 anyways, so changing to Contract with the Abyss doesn't make it any more difficult to summon Demise. Incidentally, this also means that Raviel isn't legit material for Demise.
masked beast is probably better. searchable level 8 that can be dumped with trade in.. raviel is 10 i believe.. have you tested the Deck?
I've yet to test any of these. I've somehow put priority on deciding on a LV6 for my Morphs. O.o I'll test them tonight or tomorrow, probably. burnpsy
Test hands have been done for every deck listed. Each deck got 1 or 2 dead hands, but the rest of them were rather decent or perfect setups.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
I suppose that happens.....
burnpsy
I'd expected the Demise deck to make me draw dead more, though... It's mainly the occasional inability to do anything that I found. Also, something doesn't feel right about the CyDra deck's lineup. It feels... superfluous, somehow. Plus, getting 2 Palomuro + Rainbow Life sometimes takes too long (3+ turns) in the Graham's Number deck.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
you could probably get away with running Upstart Goblin in all 4 decks... all of them can easily make up for the extra life you give.
burnpsy
Cycle of Destruction usually does ~7900 at the most per turn, so the Upstarts wouldn't exactly hurt. CyDras usually do more than 8000. Those are both true... But the other 2 decks already run them. Room please? Also, the main issue with the CyDras was the lackluster monster lineup, really. There have to be better LIGHT Machines to use, right? -.-"

Sure it combos nicely with Fortress and Cyber Dragon, but 3 can dead draw like the plague.... unless you can maindeck a monster that stops pesky things like Effect Veiler, they'res basically nothing you can add. burnpsy
OK then... I removed 2 DNA Surgery and Call of the Haunted for triple Upstart. Now only the Norleras build lacks it.

Death Knight
how badly are the Sarcs needed? it's basically the only thing i can think of dropping.
hmm well in my past observation every since in GX serie, was usually at 3 that players need the most to make it successful and at least it never really a dead draw, as it was semi-limited, that hinder their full potential a little, so normally a lot of people now will run 3 again. Sephiroth_The_Legend
i'm talking about how they tested...... not consistency issues with drawing them... alot of OTK style decks do require getting combo pieces asap, but sometimes, they don't have the means to stall out for that long and end up losing... upstart is basically a little faster. burnpsy
The use for Sarc in the Norleras build is to activate it the turn before Norleras' field wipe, giving me the advantage since I get what I want in my hand. That, and to abuse with DDR. Not for setup at all. xP
Sephiroth_The_Legend
mmm, then you might want to consider running more than 1 norelas.... just cause..... but i see what you mean, remove Zerato or something, wipe....
