[1] Solemn Judgment / Drastic Drop Off (If/when I can't get Solemn somehow)

OH MY GOD.

It's not f***ing hard to decide when to use Solemn.

They dark hole you with no protection, you solemn.
They reborn to win the game, you solemn.
They remove hyperion from the field and that would cause to put you at a huge disadvantage (ie, lack of cards in the hand + none on field)

Seriously.
