This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing up to 2 EARTH monsters you control. This card's ATK equal to the number of monsters Tributed to Summon this monster x 1200. During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more EARTH monsters, you can discard 1 card from your hand to inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Each time your opponet Summons a non-Machine-Type monster, place 1 Desiccation Conuter on this card. All non-Machine-type monsters lose 100 ATK for each Desiccation Counter on the field. When this card has 3 or more Desiccation Counters on it, you can remove them and send this card to the Graveyard to remove from play all Level 5 or lower monsters on the field.[/center]

Loose Summoning conditions are good, but the effect is just to weak to make it any worthwhile. The burn effect is useless, 600 damage is almost nothing, and discarding 2 cards is to big of a cost, not to mention the restrictions, that make this effect even less usable. Anti-Water, the first thing that comes to mind is obviously Frog Monarchs, who Summon a Water Monster at least once a round. However, until you have assimilated 4 Counters on this card, your opponent has most likely already removed it, one way or another. Without any kind of self-protection, it just won't stay long enough to be of any use, and even if the effect goes of, for the most part this will only be a minor inconvinience rather than a game-breaking move.

The idea is good, but the numbers are wrong and in the end, it doesn't add up to neither a very useful, nor a very creative card.

unless your opponent is playin a noobish WATER deck.. then this card isnt very playable or effective.. other than bein summoned in EARTH decks?

nothin much else to say...

just dont think bein used against 1 specific attribute deck (not a widely used attribute anyway) is worth even using it...

but i do like wat u were tryin to do... go with the name/pic to influence effect (water doesnt do well in hot desert?)

until its revised.. i cant really comment more about it
