[center]ohaithar, RC. It's been a while since I posted my last card here. So, I'm pretty rusty in making cards =D.

Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to have this card gain 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. If a monster is removed from play, except by this card's effect, you can send up to 2 cards from your hand to your Graveyard.[/i]

Img looks excelent.
OCG looks fine.
I like its 1st effect, its both suprising (as you don't expect a Cannot to not use its effect too shoot something at you) and effective. But the second effect, why do you want to send cards from your hand to the Grave outside of a Infernity, Dark World or Fabled Deck? And needing a FIRE Tuner it doesn't blend well into either.
Besides that point its pretty good.

I'm not a big fan of the img, but it shure fits the effect.
OCG looks solid.
It's effect is kinda simple, but not in a good way imo.
The effect self looks OP imo as Synchro Tuners come into my mind. Just manage to remove 1 use this, draw 1 card then Tune it in your opps turn for only win.

[i][b]Well, about 2nd effect, the 1st thing that came in my mind was to fill the Grave with appropriate cards so I can activate their effects. I was thinking to not put the FIRE tuner as condition, but...yeah. I'll remove that. [/b][/i]

I was thinking of making it Level 5 and make the ATK boost lower...
