I have the editor in its entiretly on my FlashDrive, its nice for somethings... I use it more for Magic cards though... when I actually make them

maybe, it depends how you played it, no hand means Infernity, RFP can give a good extra clean field card
and return it can help you to protect some of your monsters... yay it depends how you play it

very nice spell that can clear the field of up to 2 annoyin cards so u can hit ur opponent good or set up combos better until they return to field and it could help certain macro decks.. since they have cards that get more powerful the more cards removed from play or yes infernity decks like u said..

i agree it depends on deck and how u play it

I don't know, it's like a better version of Interdimensional Matter Transport (you can remove your opponent's cards to, you can remove Spell and Trap Cards, and you can remove 2 cards), but with a huge cost...

Balance: 21/30 (depending in which deck you play it, it can be both overpowered and underpowered)

Img, name and OCG look fine.
The effect however just shouts OP. Seriously, how could you not see its potential with Infernities. When they swarm the field and spam Synchro's this even gives them a clearing for the OTK. It would shure be abused as hell.

A 6/10, for extreme OPing, sorry.
