When this card destroys a monster by battle, remove it from play and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's Level x400. When 3 or more monsters have been removed by this card's effect, you can Tribute this card to pick up the top 5 cards of your opponent's Deck. Select one card and add it to your hand. Goodnight Posted February 28, 2011 Report Share Posted February 28, 2011 1st off, I assume you want to call him "Lightning Expert" and not "Lighting Expert"? and it's too OP. It has 4 different effects, with barely any cost and can Special Summon itself. IMO I would; Not have it be able to Special Summon itself. Have the 500atk it loses to look at the hand be permanent. When it destroys an opponent's monster, either do the burn damage or remove it from play, not both. Last effect is just all sorts of broken. Reminds of Big-Eye, Ancient Telescope, Dimensional Fissure, and a bunch a others cards all mixed into one! This card is pretty balanced mainly cause it needs two tributes and you can barely keep one monster on the field now-a-days. Anyway, nice card and good member tribute! As for the requests, I would do them, but within the last two days or so, I haven't had much inspiration to make cards, so I'm on a temporary hiatus until I regain my interest.
