Sander
Starstream Nova Dragon Level 12 / DARK / Dragon / Fusion / Effect ATK 4000 / DEF 3500 "Stardust Dragon" + "Red Archfiend Dragon" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. Once during either players turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. Then send all other cards on the field to the Graveyard. During the End Phase, when you negated an effect this way, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards sent to the Graveyard by this effect x 600. I know, probably broken. Really don't care though, since I had fun while making this card.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
MIRACLE SYNCHRO FUSION FTW!!! I can see this being some kind of plot device in a tag duel with Yusei and Jack teamed up. Yes it is OP'd, but it is still awesome.
Mecha Love
YEP! DEFINATELY! Picture it: Atem and Joe vs Yusei and Jack. Y and J summon this vs dark magician and red eyes.
evilfusion
I like the concept of a Red Dragon and Stardust Fusion. Being a Dragon means it can be Summoned using Miracle Synchro Fusion or Dragon's Mirror, and the first line indicates that Fusion Substitutes are not allowed, but otherwise it can be Special Summoned by any other means. Its ATK stat feels too high, though. While it uses two specific Synchro monsters, 4000 is too much. Naturia Extrio uses two specific Synchros and its ATK is only 2800. Gaia Force uses a specific Synchro and a specific type of Synchro and its ATK is 3500. The other Synchro Fusions also don't fall into the 4000 range. At next glance, it has a Stardust negation effect (probably closer to Shooting Star Dragon's negation effect), but then it wipes the rest of the field. Savior Star Dragon is the only card I know of with that type of negation/destruction power, and not only is that a rather difficult monster to Summon, it also requires itself to be Tributed, and if it was on the field, it'd return to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. This has no such downside, 200 more ATK, and it's supposedly balanced by wiping your side of the field as well (except itself?) Lastly, during the End Phase, it inflicts 600 damage to your opponent for every card sent. Wow. Like the concept, but the execution isn't that good. Stardust Dragon and Red Dragon's Archfiend aren't even particularly difficult monsters to Summon, and bringing this out for such massive power is a cinch, making it too powerful in my eyes. EndlessOcean
Really OP'd, try making the negate effect like this: "Once during either players turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. Then you can tribute this card to destroy all cards on the field.
Sander
Really OP'd, try making the negate effect like this: "Once during either players turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. And I suggest that you not just read the card, but what's written under the card (and the lore in this case).
