suggest>dont use black background-ned pics, make this card 6 Stars instead of 9

1. Make it LV 8 to be trade-inable.
2. 2500 ATK is way weak, maybe make it 3000 or something.
3. Its effect is horrible. Even Darklord Zerato is only used in Dashing Tele-DAD and PoC. Maybe something like DAD, once per turn, along with some other cool thing.
