It uses Special Summoning monsters and negating their effects, which then triggers a secondary effect when the primary effect is negated. If this card attack your opponent directly, Special Summon 1 "Aquian" monster with 1400 or less ATK in face-up Defense Position. That monster's effect(s) is negated this turn.
