When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 2 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from your hand, Graveyard, or out of play. If you do, you cannot Summon other monsters, and the Summoned monsters cannot declare an attack this turn. Ultimate Transcendent Hero - Kaibaman LIGHT Level 12 3700/2500 Warrior/Fusion/Effect This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Awaken! Legendary Hero of the White Dragon!". As long as you control a "Blue-Eyes" Monster, this card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects, and cannot be selected as an attack target. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every "Blue-Eyes" Monster in your Graveyard or out of play. This card inflicts piercing damage. I worded this card so it would work with "Chain of the Underworld" so excuse any bad OCG. Ultimate Burst Spell Activate only by selecting 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", or "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" you control. Your opponent randomly discards 3 cards. If any of the discarded cards were monsters, your opponent takes damage equal to the difference between the ATK of the selected Monster and the ATK of the discarded monster. The selected monster cannot declare an attack. Shining Nova Quick-play Spell Tribute 1 "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" you control.
