But, to be honest, its effect isn't all that creative and there are cards out there that do this effect already with less cost and easier summoning conditions. I wouldn't be afraid to make it a little more powerful and maybe add on a secondary effect. Since its level 7, you could combo it with "A Legendary Ocean" if you made it worth your while.
