I'd say make Crystal Seamstress a level 2 then make Capulet level 3, just to prevent abuse. Anyway, the idea is good as an engine, and the cards are clear, but I feel that they'd be too powerful. I could especially see them getting abuse in some Monarch variants, or possible Plant Variants, which can take the most advantage of the Formula Synchron these can easily make. [/quote] So you agree with me on increasing the level of the tuner and the synchro? Because that would make it impossible to synch for Formula without some sort of level modulations.
