[/quote] Be banned from Tournaments but not from casual play. It's a cycle with this card, you can just abuse it's effect over and over, but there is one way to get rid of it entirely, here's the scenario, if this card is in a graveyard, just play Soul Release and you can remove Rebirth Angel from the game and that is probably one of many ways on how to get rid of the Rebirth Cycle with this card.
