This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Stardust Dragon" and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" you control. The monsters used to Summon this card is sent back to the Extra Deck. This cards summon cannot be negated. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a card effect, you can negate that effect and destroy that card. Once per turn, if you negated a effect this way, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field (this Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon). The Special Summoned monsters effects are negated, until the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned. If you control both "Stardust Dragon" and "Red Dragon Archfiend", you can skip your Battle Phase to inflict 1900 damage to your opponent. If you control both "Stardust Dragon" and "Red Dragon Archfiend", this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "Red Nova Dragon" from your Extra Deck (this Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon).
I know, but since it is a new evolution to SD and RDA, it should be OPed. And I thought of making it destroy all cards on the field when destroyed, and then SS "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "Red Nova Dragon". Then, I thought that that would be WAY TO OP

And please tell what you think of the card and what you think is OP and what you think I should change

i think most (if not allmost all (90%)) of the effects should be within the when you control both stardust dragon and red dragon archfiend effects
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" you control. This cards summon cannot be negated. If you control both "Stardust Dragon and "Red Dragon Archfiend", this Monster gain these Effects : Once per turn, if your opponent activates a card effect, you can negate that effect and destroy that card. Once per turn, if you negated a effect this way, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" from your Graveyard to your side of the field, (this is counted as Sychro Summoning) The Special Summoned monsters effects are negated, until the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned. you can skip your Battle Phase to inflict 1900 damage to your opponent. this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "Red Nova Dragon" from your Extra Deck., (this is counted as Sychro Summoning)

NOTHING should be OP'ed. Nothing has the right to be OP'ed. Maybe a bit, but nothing should be too OP'ed.

Notice that there are literally no drawbacks at all in the card.

Suggestions:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" you control. This cards Summon cannot be negated. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a Card Effect, you can discard 1 card from, your hand to the Graveyard to negate it and destroy it. [s]Once per turn, if you negated a effect this way, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field. The Special Summoned monsters effects are negated, until the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned.[/s] If you control both "Stardust Dragon and "Red Dragon Archfiend", you can skip your Battle Phase to inflict 1900 damage to your opponent. [s]If you control both "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend", this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.[/s] When this card is destroyed, you can halve your Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "Red Nova Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

---

"Once per turn, if your opponent activates a Card Effect, you can discard 1 card from, your hand to the Graveyard to negate it and destroy it."

-Add a cost to balance it out, such as discarding a card.

"[s]Once per turn, if you negated a effect this way, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field. The Special Summoned monsters effects are negated, until the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned.[/s]"

-That's very overpowered. It needs to be taken out, because it brings two immortal powerhouses to your field, unless your opponent can find some way to remove them from play, which Stardust could negate anyways.

"[s]If you control both "Stardust Dragon and 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend", this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.[/s]"

-This makes your cards nearly invincible, which is extremely overpowered. Stardust can negate effects aimed at Stardust or Archfiend, and card effects won't destroy the hybrid. The only thing that could work is attacking, but that can easily be countered by a Sakuretsu Armor, which is assuming you get a monster with over 2500 ATK out anyways.

"When this card is destroyed, you can halve your Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "Red Nova Dragon" from your Extra Deck."

-Another drawback, preferably larger, is needed here, such as the halving of Life Points.

Making cards poweful, useful, but balanced is a very difficult task indeed. ;)

EDIT: I also forgot to note that the card's attribute should be something other than Divine, as that in unrealistic, and MODs may decide to move this thread into the Any Other Cards setion. (Divine is considered unrealistic, because it was only used in real cards three times. in the entire history of Yu-Gi-Oh, or at least as far as I am aware.)

"Nothing should be op'ed "
Possibly the stupidest thing anyone has ever said

Of course it should be, the freaking game HAS boss cards they are OP'ed because the summoning cost are so ridiculous, under the coincidence that you have both cards on the freaking field... which no common idiot would let happen....

Boss Cards Exist

No, it shouldn't be. The drawbacks should limit it's potential to become OP'd, thus creating it to be balanced. However, this card ISN'T the case. This card could easily be brought out and, by how it is right now, is pretty much. "When you summon this card, your opponent scoops."

Brush up, scrub.

Been on the forums longer than your ass... 'kay ? "Scrub"

Anyway... I see where you are coming from... possibly Tributing Quasar and Red Nova or all four.... and they DO NOT return to the extra deck would make it more balanced...

The way it is now it would be a great collector's card... a banned one, but a collector's card nonetheless

Noone cares if u requested it. Cause I can use it as much as I want. And the effect is not terrible, it's just to OP. Will change that and add big drawbacks to it

Thank you all for comment
