[center][img]http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/7412/258150i.jpg[/img][/center] Lore: During each of your Standby Phases, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 monster on your side of the field. Then draw cards for each mutliple of 1000 ATK of the destroyed monster. Destroy this card during your opponents third End Phase after this cards activation. Overpowered/Underpowered? OCG looks ok, though I'm not shure. The effect is good. I quite like it. However it is slightly UP, though changing it so that your opp's mon would be destroyed is OP.
