Free-Radical archetype...

Before I present the first written cards, let me introduce you to the gaming style of the archetype, as far as I've designed it. "Free-Radical" are WIND monsters that gain additional effects if they are Special Summoned by the effect of "Toxic Dimension" when its effect has also been amplified by the effect of "Oxidative Atmosphere". Amplifying Spell Cards are activated the same way as Normal Spell Cards, and they also share their same Spell Speed (SS 1), but their purpose is to add additional effects to specific active cards on the field, listed on the card text of the Amplifying Spell Card. These cards also normally require a cost to add the effects to the cards. I've created many Amplifying Spell Cards that seem to work well.

"Toxic Dimension", on the other hand, is a Field Spell Card that works with three of my original archetypes (which I may introduce to you later): "Toxin", "Nuclear-Waste" and "Free-Radical" archetypes.

Now, let's see the first cards of the "Free-Radical" archetype:

If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of "Toxic Dimension" amplified by the effect of "Oxidative Atmosphere", it gains the following effect: • Each time a "Free-Radical" monster inflicts 1500 or more damage to your opponent's Life Points, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. You cannnot summon or Set any other monster as long as this card remains on your side of the field.

If you attempt to Synchro Summon a monster by using this card as a Synchro-material monster, the other Synchro-material monster(s) can be sent to the graveyard from your hand.

This card cannot be Set or flipped face-down. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your graveyard, you can destroy 1 card on the field to add this card from your graveyard to your hand. If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of "Toxic Dimension" amplified by the effect of "Oxidative Atmosphere", it gains the following effect: • During the Battle Phase only, decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field by 100 points for each "Free-Radical" monster in your graveyard.

Spell Card/Amplifying
You can only activate this card if you have a face-up "Toxic Dimension" on your side of the field. By tributing 1 "Free-Radical" monster on your side of the field, add the following effects to 1 "Toxic Dimension" as long as it remains face-up on the field:
• All card effects on the field that would negate monsters' effects are negated.
• Once per turn, you can reveal 1 "Free-Radical" monster from your hand. Send a number of cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard equal to half the level of the revealed monster (numbers other than integers are always rounded), and Special Summon that monster to your side of the field. Your opponent cannot activate any Trap Cards during this turn unless one of your monsters declares an attack. You can only summon 1 "Free-Radical" monster by this effect per turn.

I admire your eloquence and like the archetype name - Free Radicals are a particular part of the body's cell make-up that helps in the destruction of bacteria and are famous for the Free Radical Theory of Ageing. However, I find it difficult to review this archetype if "Toxic Dimension" is not added. It seems like such an instrumental card that it might provide more insight into this intriguing archetype of yours.

My first impressions are good, but once I looked closer they were even better. The cards work very well together, they have a very well thought out balance system and would be a very competitive archetype if used well. Their only downfall is their speed - if you had a couple of searchers for the archetype they would be far more dangerous. My only balance concern is F-R Needle - destroying a card every turn and having an Eccentric Boy-esque effect is a bit much, no? If you made two separate cards, one with the destruction effect and the other with the EB effect then not only would you flesh out a small archetype but you would also bump up the deck size (and get to abuse the one card destruction per turn effect more if you gave it to a more powerful beatstick).
