As long as there is a "Guardian Counter" on "Guardian Way Nos Fourk" on your Side of the Field, during your End Phase you gain 300 Life points. Although, maybe change "During every End Phase" (which would place a counter during your opponent's End Phase too) to "During your End Phase", so you aren't completely locking yourself down. I don't mind you not using Jazin Kay, but it's better to use the overused goodies than the never-used baddies. IMO, 1. Should be generic AND 2.
