The rules are: You can't post anything about other peoples cardsYou can't help other peopleYou can't make cards that have 5000 attack or moreYou can't use Dragon-type monstersTo enter, you have to Donate 100 points to me. I will have 3 judges. If you want to be a judge, I send YOU 100 points and show me your best card. (note: this will not effect if you win or not.) The judges can't enter the contest themselves.
