Zauls Posted March 25, 2011 Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 -Good 3 Star Tuner gives acces to more Levels of Synchros. -Easy to Special Summon: Venus->Shine Balls->Bounce a Shine Ball to Spec this->Synchro for Level 8 Stardust, Scrap Dragon etc. -All OCG builds run it, without fail, so just ask them.
