MSE generated items

When I read the rules for making shops and stores, I was kind of confused.
One of the rules was "No generated items. This includes Member Cards, Banners, etc, and extends to items made with MSE.". I can understand that you aren't allowed to make shops selling member cards and banners and such, but I don't know what MSE is. I searched this on Google, but the only results I got were things like "[b]M[/b]icrosoft [b]S[/b]ecurity [b]E[/b]ssentials (an anti-virus installation")", "[b]M[/b]ean [b]S[/b]quared [b]E[/b]rror" (some kind of estimator)", and other things that don't sound like the MSE that YCM is talking about.

What is MSE?

So, if the rules say that you aren't allowed to sell items created with MSE or any other art-creating program, that means that selling pictures and graphics made by those kinds of programs, even if they are original graphics, aren't allowed, right?

You aren't allowed to sell images if they were so easy anyone else can do it. That's why BannerFans was banned from the shops, and why you can't sell recolored sprites.
