I'm going to pick weak Flying moves for Fan, and as Rotom's level increases, the move I pick will change into a move. Of course, that's jut my idea, just to make it not OP'ed. I know their aren't much Ghost moves, but he has Astonish, and it will stay until it can learn a better Ghost attack. If I was to use it, if Rotom knew Shadow Ball, the flying move wouldnt be any stronger then 80 power. This isnt OP'd? If I was to use it, if Rotom knew Shadow Ball, the flying move wouldnt be any stronger then 80 power. This isnt OP'd?
