I was looking through this Game Guide for HeartGold and SoulSilver and I got to the Pokedex section and I looked at Torterra's learnset in it and it said that it could learn FIRE BLAST and a bunch of other Fire attacks. I looked through more of the book and found tons more mistakes. They need to proofread those things Anyway I have to go. Castform levels up to level 34.
