Yes they are, but Nidorino, Nidoking, Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't breed aswell, while Nidoran(male/female) can, while those are the only ones without an official gender (as it's part of their names.

 

It just means they can breed with anyone of thier individuals without being restricted to the opposite gender. Just like snales and worms.

Castform uses Water Gun on the ground to propel him higher into the sky making Earthquake unaffected. Now he uses Sunny Day while still high in the air and then he uses it again. Now the sun light is really intense. He uses SolarBeam on Garchomp
