Castform uses Rain Dance to make the sand disperse and the hail just drops to the ground because of its heavy weight. Now Castform uses Sunny Day and then uses SolarBeam.

Castform spins and uses Water Gun to create a sphere of water around himself that he keeps adding to making it thicker and thicker and then he uses Rain Dance and Powder Snow while still adding to the sphere to create a large powerful ice shield around him that the dirt and rocks just crash and bounce off of.
