And here is my idea for Rotom's forms:

 

[spoiler=Rotom Forms]Lets see. How about this: If Rotom gets to Level 20, he can get 1 form. If he gets to 30, he gets another form. Then 40, 50, and 60. For example, if I get Rotom to level 20, if I choose Fan Rotom, when he transforms to this form, a Ghost attack could be replaced with a Flying attack. Like, Astonish be replaced with Gust.I think that seems fair.

How about this: If Rotom gets to Level 20, he can get 1 form. If he gets to 30, he gets another form. Then 40, 50, and 60. For example, if I get Rotom to level 20, if I choose Fan Rotom, when he transforms to this form, a Ghost attack could be replaced with a Flying attack. Like, Astonish be replaced with Gust.I think that seems fair.
