Yes, the eggs are fertilized in the female, and then she transfers the fertilized eggs in a sort of pouch/woumb of the male, there they stay till they hatch. And even then the male takes care of them.

Nope, never. However since a lot of Grass types are also Poison types (mainly in Gen I). And Psychic is Super Effective on Poison, I can understand the confusion.

Kecleon doesn't expect the abrupt attack and is hit. Carvanha gets a strong hold on him and Kecleon flails around in panic. Kecleon's type changes to dark because of his ability and then the attack starts to do less damage. Kecleon uses SolarBeam at close range.
