No Cold Wave?! No Goyo?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! Since you aren't Synchro Summoning, the Level can be brought out with only 1 non-tuner. And I'd rather face the Nomi rule on the level 8 than the others. [/quote] If a semi-Nomi monster is Special Summoned by ignoring it's summoning requirements, like a synchro monster requiring synchro materials, it cannot be Summoned from the Graveyard or RFP area. Synchro monsters need to be Synchro Summoned. Since Vayu doesn't actually Synchro Summon with it's effect, the monsters brought out are subject to this ruling.
