New Set Idea; Game Concept; Cards Involving Real-Time

This is a new set idea I came up with, and I'm not sure if it's good or not. It basically works around real-time Game Play, and the cards gain effects for certain amounts of time in actual Duels. For example, if a monster would gain an effect for two minutes of Game Play, and someone Summoned it at 12:30 P.M. in a Duel, it would have that effect until 12:32 P.M. However if for some reason there was a break in the Duel, the effect would be in place for two minutes of actual Game Play. It's a new concept, so it might be confusing at first.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Time Gathering". When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all cards on the field with Activation Counters on them. Both players draw 1 card for each card destroyed by this effect. You can discard 1 card to have this card gain the following effect:
* During the next ten minutes of Game Play, this card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards.

There is one really big problem with this concept: "It's unaffected by traps for the next 10 minutes, huh? Okay, let me think..." (10 minutes pass) "Okay, now I'll go".
It is an interesting concept though, but I have the feeling no amount of extra rules would make it work properly.

Like I said, it's a brand new concept. There would need to be rules established. It would work something like, both players had to be Dueling and not just stalling for time.

That's what I meant @ the above posts. Obviously, you couldn't be stalling. If you're stalling by means of drawing a lot of cards, or something along those lines, as long as you're actually playing, then it's moreso strategically avoiding the cards. However, I somehow picture this being played a with a timer to make it more official.
