It's a Chaos Plant build a friend of mine at locals played with and let me see. However, implementing OCG cards, I edited the extra deck and main deck a bit to include Shooting Quasar Dragon. However, for when the T.G. Hyper Librarian hits TCG, it will be used and Quasar will be replaced with Iron Chain Dragon or Ancient Fairy Dragon.
