Fraz
"I attack with victory dragon for game and match" "I scoop in response to your attack... game 2 now?" Also I heard pot of greed was kinda good.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
no point in playing victory dragon. it's too slow, in TCG, scooping is spell speed 2 i believe whereas Victory is spel speed 1. hence, anytime you attack, i'll scoop and force a second game. your better off just playing Hopeless Dragon. In the OCG, you can't.

<}Alpha Frogodile{>
I believe you can refuse an opponent's scoop. If they pick up their cards and leave, you can call a judge and say they weren't following the rules and you win the match anyways. I might be wrong, though. Sephiroth_The_Legend
No. If your opponent scoops, they scoop. You can't stop them. It's a choice.
