first of all it made appearances last year in some YCS events and second of all EXPLAIN how this is bad

and it probably didn't get far either. Should focus purely on set-up and performing the OTK... not stuff like Nimbusman, acid cloud, Updraft, and what not. If you play Hyper Librarian, you can Synch Librarian + Formula for BRD during your opponents turn if you can't get the OTK going, so Squall isn't necessary, nor the extremely high amount of Fog Controls. take out the traps for Decrees.
