Meklord/Machine Emperor Skiel Infinity

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand when a face-up monster you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can equip 1 face-up Synchro Monster your opponent controls to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of all Synchro Monsters equipped to it by its own effect. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. You can send 1 Synchro Monster equipped to this card to the Graveyard. If you do, this card can attack your opponent directly this turn.

Poor Skiel. It just never seems to get the respect it deserves. Skiel isen't bad, its just forced to live in the huge shadows of Wisel and Grannel. Disc.

it has great art, i can say that

in order of MEs artwork (in which i like)
1= Skiel
1= Grannel
3. Wisel

Extreme Victory said to Wisel: your art is crap, you are not welcome in my set
Wisel: but my friend Skiel is.....
Extreme Victory: i don't care! get out! go bother the Shonen Jump magazine

although Skeil is a WIND monster, it kinda make sense having a direct attack since its flies, but then again it can have negation ability like wisel's maybe negating monster's effect.

they should have gone like this

Skiel: spell negation
Wisel: Trap negation
Grannel: Effect negation

The thing is, they tried to make the Machine Emperor's effects match the other effects granted by their parts or upgraded parts.

Granel let you use the Synchros for attacking and defense.
Skiel avoided battling monsters by negating attacks and attacking directly.
Wisel increased his power in battle and stopped spells and traps from ruining his day.

Granel's OCG effect is fine, although it is quite broken.
Skiel's OCG effect probably should have negated one attack per turn.
Wisel's OCG effect maybe should have either negated a trap once per turn or not be destroyed in battle once per turn.

Grannel's SS effect is similar to the effect of Grannel Guard/Grannel Attack, involving the manipulation of Synchro monsters for Attack/Defense.

Wisel's Spell negation is similar to Wisel Top 3, which negated an S/T once per turn.

Skiel's direct attack is similar to Skiel Attack 5, which allowed direct attacks.

I'm just super glad the Machine Emperors didnt get horrendously nerfed. They still have simple Summoning Conditions and absorb Synchros and gain their ATK.

You cant' yell Grand Slaughter Cannon when attacking with Skiel.

But no seriously, all 3 ME's are bad@ss and i respect them all equally....well maybe i respect Grannel a little more because hes an evil-****wad

Also, Skiel is flying and its parts are insect-in-appearance i think, which is moar love from me.

As I said, Granel is fine.

Wisel Top 3 also negates Traps. Wisel Attack 5 negates traps as well (or stops their activation, I don't remember which). Wisel was about battling, and negating traps (which are usually the cards stopping the battles, at least in the anime) would allow him to battle uninterrupted.

Skiel Carrier 5 and Skiel Guard both negate attacks, which is why I think negating an attack would have been more fitting for Skiel. Skiel was known for avoiding battle with monsters, after all.

I feel like they became better than their anime counterparts, now only one monster and much easier to summon.
