So yeah, I just got a duel disk, and a Mari- I mean, MELVIN starter deck, and so I put this deck together in an hour, won a duel the next day, and I had to take 3 cards out because of the March banlist.

Yes, I realize I have a lot of cards being run at one. Before you say, "so buy the cards you need on Ebay", go look at my age. It says ELEVEN.

Also, believe it or not, this deck actually worked for me. Once.

Ok, although you don't have access to ebay. I'd suggest asking your parents for 3 Marik Structure Decks.

From them, you can build a basic Gravekeeper's Deck which will win you alot of games as they're extremely good.

But for the time being, cut your Deck to 40 cards. running anything more will reduce consistency dramatically.

I'll see if I can get 3 more.

I can try to get the deck down to 40-45.... but I may just ditch my synchros and get rid of my tuners.

No need for 3 /more/, just 3 total.

There's no reason to miss out Synchros. They make the Deck better and don't hurt it in any way by just being there.

Since the main thing you need to do is get another Structure or two... I don't know if it's really worth cutting this down before then.

For the fact that about 8 more of my Synchros are in my silver collectors book (where you get the Egyptian gods) that has all my other good card in it is lost....Yeah.

i'm talking about the long term. it takes time to build a decent deck when your younger cause you don't have immediate access to new cards.

but, the best way to go about is get another 2 marik structures and then build the Deck that Odin provided.

The other commons that were added after you can get through trading or buying from a local card store if your parents allow it.

Hey thanks.

I actually went to a a small tournament in a small game shop earlier this year. I went with my older deck, and failed there.

But on the bright side, I found that Gravekeepers kick butt, and so that might be my second deck. ^^
