~British Soul~
i think the OCG fix would be this: This card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card destroys a monster by battle, you can destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap card your opponent controls. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap card, discard 1 card from your hand.

·Toot
~Burning Soul~'s is correct xD when i was doing it i looked over a few things LOL
ragnarok1945
No need for me to say anything on the OCG since it's already been corrected So let's move to the card and the effect themselves Personally I find 1800 atk a bit too weak for lv5, you might consider raising it higher Overall the effect looks simple but rather effective in card discarding, though at the end you should also add an alternative, in case there's no cards in your hand to discard I'll give this one an 8.4/
Inexplicable Madness
Burning Soul already perfected the OCG soo... I would elaborate more on the effect cuz what happens when you run out of cards? lol EDIT: I also find this a little OP'ed This is pretty good for your first card so I'll give you a 9/

ragnarok1945
Maybe. I guess I'm just too used to thinking Spell Canceler when I saw that, and we all know that isn't anywhere near the belief it's the "Jinzo for spell cards"

Besides, the no SS clause limits it well enough.
