This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while it is removed from play. This card cannot be Tributed or used as a Synchro Material Monster. When you draw this card, remove it from play. When an opponents card destroys a card you control (By battle or effect), Special Summon this removed from play card. This cards ATK and DEF cannot be increased except by its own effect.

Beyond being a renewable wall, it seems pretty bad. Can't think of a deck to use this in, off the top of my head.

The only Deck that could possibly use this is a Deck that focuses on countering your opponent's cards, if such a thing truly exists. Meh stall card is meh, not really useful. Not even Tribute fodder. Looks aesthetically pleasing, but it has little use. 6/10

probably not likely it'll exceed the 3000/3000 mark, but I'd still put a limit to how high the stats can reach via its own effect that way

I'd allow it some flexibility in terms of tributing as well

The pic is so awesome. I'd say you should probably give it some usable effect like walking Smashing Ground.
