[/quote] Sod off, as an admin of SXR you know exactly how powerful it could be. You just need an admin who is willing to learn that one must EMBRACE all the features you've been given. (YCM just hasn't been set up properly for some reason, all these features work great on other sites) Also if I were admin for a day TEAM AWESOME RUNS THIS TOWN. [/quote] It's funny cause Browarod was the one that unbanned him and he's been the one fighting for him in the mod section. I've honestly have had little to do with any of this. First I'd try to fix all the problems on the site, such as modding toll, my content, and the ability to track reps since I'm sure those things can be done. After that I'd increase access to the admin cp for the mod team. Then promote Browarod since of the current staff he seems like he'd be the best for the job. I still don't understand how everyone hasn't figured that out... Pretty much just rule YCM with an iron fist, then I'd get active. Probably unban and invite everyone who was banned that I liked, then demote those whom I disliked. I've seen several people say demote old mods, but why? It's not like they are hurting anyone and by leaving them around they can help should they ever get back on.
