Jolta
This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. It can only be Special Summoned with the Effect of "Dewott". Once per turn, you may raise the ATK of this monster by 400. You cannot Attack during the turn you activate this Effect. If your Life Points are below 500, multiply this monster's ATK by 1.5. The most broken ever.
J-Max
can not may This card is not broken at all. Heck in my opinion it's underpowered This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by the Effect of "Dewott". Once per turn, you can increase the ATK of this card by 400. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn that you activate this Effect. If your Life Points are below 500, increase the ATK of this card by half its original amount. Myst
Jolta makes a guest appearance in the Pop Culture Show. I will be interwiewing Jolta right now (Random Quote) Fixed Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned with the effect of "Dewott". Once per turn, you can increase the ATK of this card by 400. You cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect. If your Life Points are below 500, increase this card's ATK x0.5 This card's effect isn't that effective because this card gains only 400 ATK and not allowing that player to attack. [s]maybe 2000 ATK instead[/s] But this WILL work. I use Umi and Dark Hole when I have less than 500 Life Points, Summon Dewott, use its effect to Summon Samurott and attack directly. Does 3550 to your opponent's Life Points!
